Our mission

Help digital products keep moving — even when their original builder can’t take them further.

Why Mindaru was built

Mindaru exists for digital products that deserve to continue. Many builders create projects with real potential — SaaS tools, software products and assets, niche platforms, early MVPs. But over time priorities change, motivation fades, or the product simply needs a different skill set to move forward.

Digital products are built everywhere — in side projects, weekend experiments, internal tools, and early startups. We’ve built many of them ourselves.

We kept seeing the same pattern: projects with real potential slowly losing momentum. Not because they failed — but because priorities changed, time ran out, or the builder simply moved on. The product was still good but it stopped too early.

That observation is what led to Mindaru. We started wondering: what if those products didn’t have to stop there? What if builders could pass them on?

Mindaru was created as a place where that transition can happen. A place where good digital products don’t just disappear, but find their next operator who doesn't have to start from zero.

Our values

We’re building Mindaru with a few principles that guide every product decision.

Transparency
Digital products are presented with their real state — what exists, what works, and what still needs to happen.
Builder-respect
Mindaru doesn’t take ownership of your product, your pricing, or your relationship with the next operator. The platform simply makes the transition visible and possible.
Signal over noise
Thoughtful categorization and structured listings help people quickly understand what a product is — and whether they’re the right person to continue it.
Build connections
Behind every product is a person who built it. Mindaru helps builders and explorers connect directly — so conversations can lead to real continuation.
